What is an Expand the Box?
Human beings are designed to be extraordinarily creative, generous, and extremely collaborative geniuses capable of going beyond limitations, capable of transforming and inventing entire cultures and expressions of their values and their potential. You have been designed this way.
But you, like most people alive right now, were born in modern culture and that did not leave your creative genius unscathed. Right now there are certain paths you are walking on that have already been laid out to you by others and their purposes. In any domain from relationships, traditions, to projects and work you are repeating cultural patterns that you adopted from your parents, your religion, your birth country, your class, and the school system you went through in order to survive in said culture and its dehumanizing demands. Perhaps even without noticing, you pay the high price of not only contributing to the devastation of all life on the planet and destroying life for your children, but also the price of losing access to your vitality, aliveness, creativity, and your natural extraordinary nature.
Is the life you are living what you truly want for yourself? Is this the culture you really long for living in? If your answer is ‘No’, then you are burning for living in a culture based on completely different values, a culture that is waiting to emerge, a culture that needs you to create it. Creating new cultures requires access to new skills, abilities, and resources. And because modern culture does not prepare its people to ignite their genius, have access to non-linear creative domains, or tap into inexhaustible sources of energy and power, these preparations need to happen outside the business-as-usual routine of a linear life plan. These preparations happen in authentic initiatory processes. The Expand The Box Training is a training space designed with powerful healing and initiatory processes to precisely open you up to these new abilities and resources.
The Expand The Box is a 5-day residential training where you learn experientially about who you truly are, behind the masks and the survival strategies. In an ETB you empower yourself and others to discover new possibilities in facing blocks and stuckness, discover the power of feeling your feelings and using them to create what truly matters to you, and you are welcomed into a new culture of people who are radically committed to the unfolding of your potential.
In this radically clear and empowering environment, you will work individually and in teams to:
- Learn to consciously feel your feelings and distinguish them from reactivity;.
Practice new communication skills for empathic and collaborative relating;
- Take your Authority back to create your own life outside the well trodden path;
- Reclaim and recover your Dignity as a centered and grounded Adult;
- Discover how to access domains of non-linear creativity and possibility in service of your life and others;
- Hold space for other’s transformation;
- Transform and heal old wounds into clarity for your path and Mission;
- Gain clarity about invisible limiting patterns that are holding you back and how to transform them;
- Experience your extraordinary nature;
- Open the doors to discover your Mission;
- Navigate to extraordinary spaces of intimacy and collaboration;
- Experience and participate in a transformational village of deeply committed people.
